Lot 207: Shilling 1696C (Chester mint) third bust, small lettering reverse, S.3507; ESC 1171, extremely rare, EF. Ex. Bonhams Auction July 2000, where it was not realised to be third bust. Ex. Alan Jarvis Collection. Est. £1100 - £1300. Hammer £1900.
Lot 920: 79th Highlanders officer Dirk, maker marked 'Meyer & Mortimer Edinburgh'. Battle Honours to blade up to Waterloo, dating the Dirk to c1815-1820. Complete with scabbard, small knife and fork, plus stones. Blade 32cm. Est. £1400 - £1600. Hammer £2600.
Lot 386: Pocket Globe. A Terrestrial 2.75 inch pocket globe, after Hermann Moll, circa 1775, cartouche reads 'A Correct Globe with the New Discoveries', contained in original fish skin case, with paper lining, case cartouche reads 'A Correct Globe with New Constellations of Dr. Halley &c.' Est. £1200 - £1800. Hammer £1900.
